How can we become grateful? Take a look around yourself and see what you already have. We sometimes forget what we have and neglect the stuff and  people that we have around us. Be grateful for your parents, brothers, sisters, the roof  over your head, the friendships. A little bit of gratitude can go a long way. It all starts with the mindset, you reap what you sow.
